Every unit is 960 square feet and has a private basement and a 2 car garage.

MONTHLY RENTAL PRICING:

3BR/1 BA Starting at $1200
3BR/2BA Starting at $1300

Fully equipped kitchen with:

Standard Refrigerator
Garbage Disposal
Stove/Range
Microwave
Dishwasher

In addition to monthly rent, you will be required to pay a monthly sewer charge of $40

Pet Owners

If you are a pet owner (Cats, dogs, snakes, birds etc), there will be an additional monthly rent charge of $35 per pet and an additional pet deposit of $350 (Nonrefundable) per pet.

Fees

Online Application Fee (Nonrefundable) - $50 per person paid online directly to myhomescreen.org.
Processing Fee (Nonrefundable) - $125 due within 24 hours of application.
There is a security deposit starting at $1,000 ($200 is nonrefundable), due within 3 days of approval.

Credit applications are processed through Homescreen.. Approval is based on:

Credit score provided through Trans Union and Equifax
Debt to income ratio.
Criminal background
